Made from CNC-cut aluminum for optimal shape and long life. This is followed by a heat treatment and a packing process to ensure high performance and reliability. All pistons come with piston rings, a piston pin and two circlips of very good quality.

The pistons are manufactured in very large series and the material is only a very small part of the production costs. No manufacturer skimp on materials, if your new piston would break, it would not be the fault of the piston itself but other elements such as: a piston mounted on an unevenly worn cylinder, piston rings badly mounted, or even a damaged crankshaft.
